Death Takes Louis Keller

Attending the funeral of Louis Keller, 91, of Mooreville, Mich., on Tuesday at Milan, Mich., were his grandchildren, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Palm of Creston, Mr. and Mrs. W.R. (Rita) Picken of Indianapolis, Ind., Mrs. James (Beverly) Pogemiller and Robert Palm, both of Fairfield.

Mr. and Mrs. Paul Palm of Fairfield were unable to attend because they had recently been hospitalized. Mrs. Palm is the daughter of Louis Keller.

Keller died May 13 in Belleville, Mich. He was born Feb. 28, 1887 in Jefferson County, the son of Gustavus and Katherine (Oriez) Keller. He married Elsie Rubey on Dec. 28, 1908 in Fairfield. She preceded him in death on June, 1965.

He is survived by two sons, Floyd R. Keller of Stockport and Vernon C. Keller of Ashville, N.C.; three daughters, Ercel Palm of Fairfield, Irene Doughty of Milan, Mich., Erma Strickradt of Ann Arbor, Mich., one sister, Cora Silvers of Bonaparte; 18 grandchildren, 48 (great)-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
