STANLEY G. PLOWMAN

Stanley G. Plowman, 65, died Tuesday morning, Oct. 9 in Buford Hospital at Buford, Ga., following a lengthy illness. He was the son of Gilmore and Emma Plowman, born on a farm south of Douds. He spent most of his life in the Douds community until moving to Georgia several years ago. He married Neva Griffin who survives. Also surviving are one son, Donald Plowman, two grandchildren, Jeff and Laurie Plowman of Smyrna, Ga., one brother, Glenn of Washington State, four sisters, Mrs. Opal Munson, New Orleans, La., Mrs. Leon Goslin of Mendota, Ill., Mrs. Eldna Carson and Mrs. Eloise Dawson of Davenport, Iowa and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and burial were in Buford, Ga.
