HARVEY HAROLD SEDORE

Harvey Harold Sedore, 77, of rural Luray, Mo., died in his sleep at his home Saturday, Nov. 11.

He was born Jan. 8, 1895, in Wapello County to Jacob and Rachel Bailey Sedore. He farmed in Van Buren County in Mt. Sterling area most of his life.

On Jan. 31, 1915, he married Oletha Russell at Milton. He is survived by his widow and seven children, Russell of Bentonsport, Doyle of Kahoka, Mo., Mrs. Ethelyn Paris of Bloomfield, Mrs. Pearl Hootman of Mason City, Mrs. Hazel Reisch of Cantril, Mrs. Nettie Duke of Memphis, Mo., Mrs. Donna Van Laningham of Fairfield; one sister, Mrs. Laura Dunn of Kahoka, Mo.; 33 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters, a grandchild and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral was held Wednesday, Nov. 15th, at the Catcott Funeral Home in Keosauqua, with the Rev. James M. Ford officiating. Burial was in the Sunnyside Cemetery at Milton.
