Mary Mueller

Mrs. Mary Mueller, 82, of St. Paul died Monday, June 19, at 1 p.m. at Sacred Heart hospital, Fort Madison.

She was born June 10, 1890 at St. Paul and was a life resident. She was the daughter of the late Otto and Kathryn Fedler Fritzjunker.

Her marriage to Adam Mueller took place on Sept. 15, 1908 in St. James Catholic church in St. Paul. She was a member of St. James Catholic church and its Altar and Rosary Society. Her husband died in 1961.

Surviving are two sons, Alfred and Winfred both of St. Paul two daughters Mrs. Francis (Generose) Juttenmeyer of Tampa, Fla. and Mrs. Frank (Irene) Heyland of Burlington; 20 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

She was the last of her immediate family preceded in death by one daughter, three brothers and two sisters.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 22, at St. James Catholic church, St. Paul. Burial will be in St. James cemetery. The Rev. Omer Kiefer will officiate.

The body is at the Link Funeral Home at West Point where the recitation of the Rosary was held Wednesday at 3 p.m. by the Altar and Rosary Society and again at 8 p.m. by the parish.
