Mrs. Gertrude Privia

Mrs. Gertrude E. Privia, 57, died shortly after noon Thursday, July 8 in the Van Buren County Home, where she had lived for several years. She was born Oct. 4, 1913, in Keokuk.

Her first husband, Arthur M. Greenig, was killed in action in World War II. She later married Richard Privia. Survivors are one son, Arthur M. Greenig, Jr. of Rt. 1, Fairfield; a daughter, Betty Greenig; four grandchildren.

Services were held Saturday, July 10 at the Catcott Funeral Home in Keosauqua with Father Jon Simmons of Fairfield officiating.
