MEMPHIS, Mo. - A funeral service for Curtis A. Williamson, 72, of Memphis, who died Tuesday May 31 in University Hospitals at Iowa City, will be 1 p.m. Friday in Payne-Gerth Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Kenneth Campbell officiating.

Burial will be in the Milton, Iowa Cemetery.

Visitation is until 9 tonight.

A retired farmer, he was born Sept. 29, 1910 in Leroy, Ill., son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Williamson. He married Daisy Runyon in 1931 in Illinois.

Survivors include son Hubert Helmick; daughters, Ellagene Scott of Ottumwa, Iowa, Vilta Pederson of Nevada City, Calif. and Beaulah Oakley of Clinton, Ill; and a sister, Lucille Helmick.

He was preceded in death by his wife.
