G. Elmore Dies At 86

Mrs. P. Grace Elmore, 86, 403 North B, died Friday at 8:50 p.m., at the Jefferson County Hospital.

The funeral will be Monday at 11 a.m., at the Behner Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Memorial Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 until 8 p.m., on Sunday.

Mrs. Elmore was born Feb. 3, 1890 in Henry County, the daughter of Brinton and Susie Caviness Brombaugh. On Sept. 9, 1910 she was married to Jesse E. Elmore of Mount Pleasant.

She was a resident of Fairfield for over 32 years and was a retired employe of Universal Producing Co.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse, one son, Kenneth of Hedrick, three daughters, Donna Philips of Stockport, Beverly Schrum of Fairfield and Wilma Morrison of Fairfield; 14 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one sister, Muriel Wallingford of Bonaparte. She was preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
