Olive Barker

KAHOKA, Mo. - Olive I. Barker, 86, who formerly lived in a nursing home for several years in Medill, Mo., died at 9:28 a.m. Aug. 25 in Scotland County Hospital.

She was born June 3, 1891, in Van Buren County, Ia., the daughter of Walter and Ruth Harper Harvey.

She married William A. Barker on Aug. 21, 1908. He is deceased.

She is survived by four brothers, Oscar of Kahoka, Howard of Luray, Albert Lee of Gothenberg, Nebr., Walter L. of Bremerton, Wash., and one sister, Mrs. Mae Brown of Gothenberg, Nebr.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Wilson Funeral Home in Kahoka.

Burial will be in the Black Ledge Cemetery in Van Buren County, Ia.
