Mr. Frank Wesely

Funeral services for Mr. Frank Wesely, age 85, of Salem, were held Saturday, July 6th at 9 A.M. from the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant. Father Lawrence Vogel officiated, with interment in the Salem East Cemetery at Salem.

Rosary was said Friday, 7:30 P.M. from the Beatty Funeral Chapel in Mt. Pleasant.

Pallbearers were Lowell Burden, Warren Brewster, Max Lance, Max Wilson, George F. Swailes and Guy Messer.

Mr. Wesley passed away at Memorial Hospital in Mt. Pleasant Wednesday, July 3rd at 3:15 A.M.

He was a retired farmer and a former Keosauqua resident.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Mary; one son, John; one daughter, Mrs. Robert Messer; three sisters, one grandchild. Surviving are five sons, Paul E., Frank Jr., George A., Charles R. and Merlin E.; five daughters, Mrs. Richard Trueblood, Mrs. Ronald Henderson, Mrs. Nathan Fetterman, Mrs. Bertha Shannon and Mrs. Donald Alexander; 44 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and three sisters.
