Hello,

My maternal Great Grandmother was Jessie May Dyer, born in Iowa April 2, 1872. Her parents died while traveling on a wagon train to the west of Keokuk, I believe. I don't know the names of her biological parents. However, the couple William H and Betsy Lawton adopted her on the death of her parents (probably in 1874).

I would love to learn the names of her biological parents.
