I am tracing the MEADOWS-CONFAR line that descends from my 2g-grandparents, Eri MEADOWS (Feb 1850 IL - 1923 Mahaska, IA), married to Mary F. CONFAR (29 Feb 1860 IA - 24 Mar 1895 IA) to David MEADOWS (Jun 1885 IA - ?) to Nial Albert MEADOWS (30 Mar 1906 Avery, IA - May 1971 Des Moines, Polk, IA), first marriage to my Grandmother Ida Patience Pearson (10 Jan 1906 Agency, Wapello, IA - 21 Dec 1980 Whittier, Los Angeles, CA). Nial remarried at least one other time and has children from this/these marriages.
