The last is my best guess at to Nellie's parents. I think I saw Riddle name on one of the other census near the Hughes. Nellie's parents, being IN and MS born is pretty unusual, and finding that in Osage county at the right time to marry Silas between 1880 and 1885 is a strong indication of a match.

You'll have to decide if this Silas is your Samuel. Maybe it is, and you've got some scrambled data, or maybe this is all wrong.
