Young Girl Dies

Jennie Gregg, aged eleven years, a daughter of Mrs. Cassie Gregg died early Monday morning at the home of her grandmother Mrs. Major Hawthorn. The death was caused by Bright's disease and the child had been ill for about ten weeks. The funeral will be held at Mrs. Hawthorn's home Wednesday afternoon at 2:00.

SUBMITTER'S NOTE: The mother of Jennie Gregg was Cassie (Duff) Gregg, daughter of Lockhart Duff and Jane Kirkwood. Jane (Kirkwood) Duff married secondly Major James Hawthorn thus was Mrs. Major Hawthorn.
