Mrs. B. Brattebo Long-Time S. C. Resident, Dies

STORY CITY -- Mrs. B. B. Brattebo, 87, long-time Story City resident, passed away about 10 o'clock last evening at her home here. She had been bedfast for the past three and a half years.

Born in Norway, Europe, she came to the United States in 1886, and lived in Story City most of the time since.

Funeral services will be held 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon from the St. Petri church with the Rev. S. T. Nelson in charge. Burial will be in the Story City cemetery.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Julia Brattebo, and three sons, L. B. Brattebo, J. N. Brattebo and G. A. Brattebo, all of Story City.
