DeVos Wm’s young Boy of Alton was noticed in DV Jan 26, 1882

1880 census William De Vos 46, a brick mason and wife Antonette age 45, children Anonette 17, Frans 13, Peternella 10, Josina 7, Marinus 6, Elisabeth 4 and Mary 1.

Marinus lived past 1882, so possibly it was Frans?

A family history on line done by others, lists Anthonetta Johanna Franscoise 1835-1911 as the wife of William De Vos born 8 Feb 1835 Weesenkerke Zeeland, Netherlands, he died 20 July 1920 Sheldon IA.
