Miss Hazel Patrick, daughter of William and Laura (Snodgrass) Patrick of Chatsworth, died Thursday morning at three o’clock, from heart trouble. She was fifteen years of age and has been in poor health for a number of months. Everything possible was done to relieve her trouble, but medical aid and the tender ministrations of loving parents and friends were of no avail.
She was born and raised at Chatsworth and was loved by all who knew her.
The Independent extends sincere sympathy to the bereaved parents in their hour of sorrow.
