After an brief illness of only a week Mrs. Morgan died at her home in this city last week Friday.

Mrs. Morgan (Jennie Jackson) was born at Boyden the 11th of September 1875.

She lived with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Henry Jackson at Boyden until her marriage with Mr. Harry Morgan on the 23rd of September, 1896.

Some years ago Mr. and Mrs. Morgan moved to Orange City where Mr. Morgan holds the office of County Recorder.

Mrs. Morgan was unusually loved for her cheerful and kindly temperament and will be missed by her friends and those to whom she was dear. Her sudden death comes with a special sadness to her husband and her children, Laurence and Kenneth.

The funeral services were held Monday at the American Reformed Church at which appropriate music was sung and addresses made by Reverend J.P. Winter pastor of the American Reformed Church and by Reverend Wallace of Ireton.

Among the out of town people who attended the funeral were: Henry Jackson and Mrs. Dray, the father and sister of the deceased, W. Morgan and wife of Ireton, Alfred Morgan and wife of Hawarden, Hubert Morgan of Wolsey, South Dakota, A. J. Henry and E.D. Brown of Hull.
