Funeral services for Mrs. Caroline Mandelkow. 92, who died Thursday at the home of her daughter in Sioux City, were held Sunday at 1:00 P.M. from St. John’s Lutheran Church at Ireton.

Reverend Hull officiated and burial was made in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery under the direction of the Co-operative Funeral Service of Sioux Center.

Mrs. Mandelkow was born in Litchen, Germany on February 26, 1866. She was united in marriage to Herman Mandelkow and to this union two children were born. The family farmed for many years near Ireton, but for the past 14 years the deceased made her home with her daughter in Sioux City.

Survivors include the daughter, Mrs. Peter Anderson and a son, Emil Mandelkow, both of Sioux City.

Her parents and her husband preceded her in death.
