Loren Lock, 44, dies Sunday; burial Dec. 2

Funeral services for Loren E. Lock, 44, of Rock Valley, who died at his home Sunday after a brief illness, were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Porter Funeral home here. The Rev. Mervin Nelson officiated and burial was at the Valley View cemetery.

Mr. Lock was born in Rock Valley Aug. 28, 1920 and resided here all his life. He was graduated from Rock Valley high school and is a veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs Sarah Lock of Rock Valley and a brother, Emilen of St. Louis, Mi.
