Hobbies/Interests: camping; fishing; Bernard was an avid coon hunter and Dolly spent time going with him on his hunts; also engaged in many 4-H activities and church needs in the kitchen and in the nursery; she spent many years sewing and taught the girls how to sew and bake. As her children got older, Dolly spent many years working at the Harrison County Historical Museum giving tours.
