Employment: Farmer; he retired in 2020 but continued to haul grain

Hobbies/Interests: Active member, Elks Lodge; was a fourth-degree knight with the Knights of Columbus; enjoyed camping, traveling with friends, playing cards, and refurbishing vehicles
