Funeral services for Viola Rosalie Schneckloth, 70, Davenport, were held Feb. 26, 1996 at Runge Mortuary in Davenport, with burial in the Durant cemetery.

Mrs. Schneckloth died Feb. 23 at her home.

Viola Rosalie Rector married Edward Schneckloth in 1949 in Davenport. He died in 1988.

Mrs. Schneckloth worked as a hairdresser for many years, retiring in 1994.

She enjoyed bowling and flower gardening.

Mrs. Schneckloth is survived by a daughter, Deborah (Mrs. Joe) Schertz, Rising Sun, Md.; a son, Dean, Bennett; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; a sister, Juanite Rice, New London and a brother, Darrell Rector, Davenport.
