Funeral services for Clint Thomas Conrad, 15, Long Grove, were held Nov. 24 at Schultz Funeral Home in DeWitt, with burial in Evergreen cemetery, Grand Mound.

Clint Conrad died Nov. 20 at Genesis Medical Center East Campus in Davenport, following a traffic accident.

He is survived by his parents, Ken and Shirley Conrad, Long Grove; a brother, Cory, at home; and his paternal grandfather, Arnold Conrad, Tipton. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A memorial has been established.
