Funeral services for Mrs. Fannie C. Ewoldt, 82, Davenport, were held at Davenport May 21 with burial in Davenport Memorial park.

Mrs. Ewoldt died at the Americana Nursing Center in Davenport May 18, following a 6-month illness.

Fannie C. Eilers was born in Scott county Feb. 3, 1892. She married Herman Ewoldt Aug. 23, 1911, in Davenport. They farmed in Scott county, retiring in 1948 and moving to Davenport.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Arnold (Mildred) Dettmann, Davenport; and 3 sons, Vernon, Walcott; Elmer, Durant and Lloyd, Davenport; 8 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1969; a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Mabel) Dettmann, April, 1974 and a brother.
