Funeral services for Clarence W. Blank, 66, were held at Wilton Aug. 28 with the Rev. G. W. Ukena officiating. Burial was in Davenport Memorial park.

Mr. Blank died at Davenport Osteopathic hospital Aug. 25.

The son of Fritz and Anna Kroeger Blank, he was born in Walcott March 31, 1906. He married Jeanette Thurston at Wilton in 1937. He was a retired farmer and a member of the Wilton United Presbyterian church.

He is survived by his wife; 2 sons, Fred, Wilton, and DeWayne, Davenport; a daughter, Mrs. Don (Carol) Baker, Wilton; a brother, Leonard, 3 sisters, Mrs. Elsie Ast, Durant; Mrs. Waldo (Bertha) Ruser and Mrs. Fred (Minnie) Blaesing, both of Davenport, 5 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by an infant daughter.
