Dr. Gloryann E. Hall of Blountville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully in her home on Sunday, May 13, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was 69 years old.
Gloryann was born on a farm at Long Grove, Iowa, to parents Peter Thomas and Winnifred Cecilia (Nugent) Mossage on September 21, 1948. She graduated from North Scott High School, Eldridge. Gloryann earned a Biology Degree from the University of Iowa in 1972 and in 1982 the Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport.
Gloryann enjoyed her free-time raising and riding horses. She also enjoyed raising husky dogs, western line dancing, and genealogy research. Dr. Hall loved being a chiropractor and caring for patients. She was an excellent seamstress and loved tooling leather. Gloryann always found the good in people and was a friend to all.
Surviving are her daughter, Kristin (Douglas) Kohler of Parkland, Florida; sons National Guardsman Joshua (Ashley) Hall, RN of Kingsport, Tennessee, and Army Captain Jarrod (Lauren) Hall, RN of San Antonio, Texas; grandsons, Ian Hall, Hudson Kohler, Gabriel McKay, Gavin Kohler, Jacob Hall, Matthew Hall, Daniel Hall and Colton Hall; brothers, James (Aida) Mossage of Henderson, Nevada, Thomas (Judy) Mossage of Park View and Jerry (Debra) Mausich of Waucoma; a sister, Barbara (Jesse) Cordero of Blue Grass.
Preceding Gloryann in death were her husband Jack Hall; her parents; two brothers and a niece and nephew.
Services will be held at Celebration Church, 429 Shipley Ferry Road, Blountville, Tennessee 37617 on May 16, 2018. Visitation will be from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. followed by a Christian memorial and dinner. Flowers and memorials may be sent to the church. Mrs. Hall will be laid to rest alongside her family at Calvary Cemetery in Grand Mound.

The family would like to extend appreciation and gratitude to the staff of Caris Healthcare for their warm-hearted care.
