McCarthy.
The death of Miss Catherine McCarthy occurred late Monday night at the home of her nephew Robert Donnelly, 719 West Second street. She was 87 years of age. Miss McCarthy was born in Ireland, Feb. 10, 1813. She has, however, been a resident of Davenport for the past 46 years.
The funeral will be held this morning at 9 o'clock with services at St. Mary's church. Interment will be at St. Marguerite's cemetery.
