PHOEBE B. BRADDS

Phoebe B. Sheley was born in Fayette county, O., Aug. 7, 1846 and died at her home, 905 East Twenty-first street, Des Moines, Ia., April 5, 1918.

She was married Nov. 3, 1878, to George W. Bradds who survives her. The children are Mrs. Gertie Way of Chicago, Mrs. Olive Bush of Des Moines and Mrs. Eartha Benton of Albia. One stepdaughter, Mrs. Rose Anderson, of Des Moines, and two brothers, Boyd Sheley of Montezuma, Ia., and Alonzo, of New Mexico also survive.

Funeral services were conducted at the home on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, the Rev. Herbert J. Bryce, pastor of Calvary Baptist church officiating. The remains were laid to rest in Laurel Hill cemetery.
