HEATHER LYNN ORR WISNER
Heather Lynn Orr Wisner, 40, of Marengo and formerly of Grinnell and Newton, died February 3, 2015, at her home.
A Celebration of Life gathering has been scheduled for Sunday, February 8th from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Grinnell Eagles Club.
Memorial contributions may be directed towards the Heather Orr Wisner Memorial Fund.
Heather was born March 29, 1974, in Iowa City, the daughter of Stanley and Margaret McDaniel Orr. She was raised in Grinnell and later moved to Newton where she graduated from Newton High School in 1993.
She was employed in the line production department at Maytag Company in Newton for several years.
She was united in marriage with Seth Wisner on June 16, 2014, in Marengo, where the couple made their home.
Heather loved singing along to her favorite music, and enjoyed movies and reading.
Survivors include her husband, Seth; six children, Gage Richtsmeier, Alec Richtsmeier, Marissa Richtsmeier, Dalton Nevels, Kaelind Nevels and Jorian Ratcliff; two grandchildren, Avery and Aubrey Richtsmeier; three siblings, Stan Fenske, Tina Fenske and Misty Rebik; her mother, Margaret "Maggie" Rebik and step-father, Sam Rebik; her grandfather, Charles McDaniel; and many nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her father, Stanley Orr; her grandmother, Minnie McDaniel; her aunt, Sharon Miller, and her cousin, Lydia Miller Wisner.
