An 18-year-old Malcom youth, Charles Allan Vines Mann, son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Mann, Rte. 2, Malcom, died at an Oskaloosa hospital late Monday night of injuries received early that same evening when he lost control of his car and crashed into an embankment of a country road about four miles northeast of Oskaloosa.
