Louis Ray Maschmann, 66, of Hartwick died Sunday, April 22, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
Funeral services were conducted Thursday at St. James Lutheran Church in Victor, with burial in Victor Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Maschmann, a U.S. Navy veteran, farmed in the Victor and Hartwick area, retiring in 1987.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth; two children, Steven of Aurora, Colo., and Carolyn R. Maschmann of Hartwick; two grandchildren; and a sister, Marian Sheafor of Spokane, Wash.
Memorials may be left at the McAninch-Fremming Funeral Home in Victor.
