Mrs. Emma Lamar, aged 75 years, died at her home at 1634 Avenue A Tuesday night. She had been ailing about three years.

A native of Cape Girardeau, Mo., she had been a resident of Council Bluffs 30 years. She was a member of the Church of God in Christ.

Survivors include: husband Sam, daughter Mrs. Nina King of Council Bluffs, son Clyde Grant at home; three brothers, Wiley Nance of Kansas City, Mo., and Bernard and William Frank Nance of St. Joseph, and one grandchild.

Cutler’s Funeral Home is in charge.
