Omaha Daily Bee, November 3, 1906:

Council Bluffs News - Daniel J. Fogarty, 829 Second avenue, died shortly after midnight Thursday at St. Bernard's hospital, where he was taken about two weeks ago suffering from a nervous breakdown. Mr. Fogarty for many years was engaged in the nursery business in this city. Arrangements for the funeral have not been completed.

Omaha Daily Bee, November 4, 1906:

The funeral of the late Daniel J. Fogarty will be held Monday at 9 o'clock from St. Francis Xavier's church and burial will be in St. Joseph's cemetery.
