Violet E. Bullington, 88, passed away Friday, January 18, 2008 at Mercy Medical Center.
Violet was born October 16, 1919 in Stephens, Minnesota. She worked as a home health worker for the Home Care Homemaker Service for 30 years.
Violet is survived by her daughter, Candace Napolitano, from Jupiter, Florida; son, Donald Bullington, from Des Moines, Iowa; brother, Robert Phipps, of Buffalo, Missouri; sister, Dorothy Niccum, of Des Moines; four grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Harry D. Bullington.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 23, 2008 at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Ave., Des Moines. Visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Burial will be at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
