Kaitlyn Anne Schabacker, daughter of Mary and Randy Schabacker of Des Moines was stillborn on June 28, 1995 in Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines. Graveside services at Flora Hills Memorial Gardens, Oelwein.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Kimberly Muta of Yuma, AZ; two brothers, Michael Muta of Irving, TX and Matthew Schabacker, at home and her paternal grandparents Norman and Pearl Schabacker of Winthrop.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Earl and Zilla Force of Brooklyn.
