NORTH SIOUX CITY – Clara M. Peck, 54, of North Sioux City died Wednesday, May 9, 1990, in a Sioux City hospital of a sudden illness.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Berkemier Funeral Home with the Rev. Loretta Plummer of First Assembly of God officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery at Akron, Iowa. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. today in the funeral home.

Mrs. Peck, the former Clara Marie Jurgensen (Jorgensen) was born Feb. 2, 1936, in Storm Lake, Iowa. She moved to Sergeant Bluff as a child. She married Virgil Peck Aug. 23, 1958, at Dakota City. The couple made their home in Sioux City. He died Sept. 10, 1984.

Mrs. Peck was a member of the First Assembly of God.

Survivors include two sons, Douglas of San Antonio, Texas, and James of Crockett, Texas; four daughters, Patty Harding, Debbie, JoAnn and Polly Peck, all of North Sioux City; two brothers, Gordon in California and Ronnie Sergeant Bluff; four sisters, Ruth White of Kansas City, Mo. Gwen Mann and Nancy Spink, both of Sioux City and Mary Furr in Michigan; and seven grandchildren.
