Mr. and Mrs. Norman Heeren have the sincere sympathy of many friends in this community in the loss of their 3-week-old daughter, Janice Rae, who passed away Sunday while enroute to a hospital in Sioux City to be treated for pneumonia.

She was born March 21, 1964, in the Hawarden hospital.

Survivors, besides the parents, are a sister, Janelle Joyce, a brother Gerald Alan, and grandparents, Mrs. Anna Heeren, of LeMars, and Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Andresen, of Akron.

Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in Trinity Lutheran church, Rev. Harris Hostager officiating. Mrs. Donald Johnson was vocalist and Miss Sharon Fletcher was organist. Interment was in Riverside cemetery.
