Hello Margaret, Thank you for the inquiry re:
Elizabeth Harter Herman. I do not have a child listed by that name at the present time. However, I can do a more in depth search with some dates such as her date of birth, when she lived in Clayton County & when she passed away. Have you searched the census of Clayton County for the first census of when she arrived there or was first recorded with the Harter family ? There were some children taken to Clayton Co. in 1901,
1905 & 1912. These years could be clues for her year of arrival in Clayton County. Please keep in touch & I'll do the same. Sincerely, Madonna M. Harms, Historian
