Former Resident Burled Here Tues.

Word was received here Saturday of the death of Mrs. Myrtle Wells Marsden. Mrs. Marsden, a former Sanborn resident and cousin of Mrs. Ed Weinke and Miss Clara Scott, passed away that day in a nursing home in Pasadena, Tex.

The body was brought to Sanborn and funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 10:00 o'clock in the Sanborn Funeral Home, Rev. Lanny Tuttle officiating. Mrs. Wm. Durarnett and Mrs. Lawrence Tifft sang "The Old Rugged Cross" and "Near to the Heart of God" accompanied by Mrs. Nell Beyer. Mrs. Henry Wieman and Mrs. Phil Cuppett had charge of the flowers. Casketbearers were Willis Petrlch, Jack Protextor, Lawrence Hickey, Orion Thomas, Dick Sanders and Glenn Dummett. Burial was in Roseland Cemetery under the direction of the Sanborn Funeral Home.
