Mrs. William Hubbard, of Lake township, who has been in broken health for several months, after a week's confinement to the sick chamber, passed away Wednesday night. Mrs. Hubbard has resided in Muscatine county with her family for forty years. They first settled in Seventy-Six, moving to Lake about twenty years ago. She was sixty years of age she leaves to mourn her demise he husband, four sons and on daughter. The sons are: Mr. J. W. and R. A., of Columbus Junction and Henry and Joe who are at home. The only daughter, Miss Kate, also resides at the parental home. Mrs. Hubbard was a member of the Catholic church and was a woman of worth. The funeral will be conducted at St. Matthias church Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. - New Tribune.
