Funeral services for Naomi M. Hale, 88, West Liberty, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, 1997 at Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty, with visitation from 12:30 to service time. Burial will be in the Oak Ridge cemetery, West Liberty.

Mrs. Hale died Aug. 17 at the Simpson Memorial Home in West Liberty, following an extended illness.

Mrs. Hale was active in public health nursing in West Liberty for many years.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Janet Smith, Burlington; Ruth Skellley, Iowa City; and Mae Collins, Ft. Myers, Fla.; 2 sons, Ed II, Rock Island, and James, Booneville, Ark.; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean Stock, Lone Tree; and 2 brothers, Don Musser, Cedar Rapids; and Willis "Pete" Musser, Iowa City.

Memorials may be made to the Simpson Memorial Home.
