WEST LIBERTY-Ruth Faires MacGowan, 89, passed away Saturday, July 17, 2021 at her home with her family around her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to West Liberty United Methodist Church or Friends of the West Liberty Public Library. The Henderson-Barker Funeral Home in West Liberty is caring for Ruth's family.
