Mrs. Albert Gregg, 54, of West Liberty, died Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock in Mercy hospital, at Iowa City, from complications following a goiter operation a week ago. She lived on a farm one-half mile west of West Branch.

Miss Ella Hormel was born March 3, 1877, on the farm where the family now resides and where she had lived all her life with the exception of three years. She was the daughter of Conrad and Emma Hormel of West Liberty.

Surviving are her husband, two daughters, Ethel and Hazel and a son, Robert, at home, three brothers, Will Hormel of Anthony, Kansas, Edward and Samuel Hormel of near West Liberty.
