MUSCATINE, Iowa -- Otto L. Valley, 74, of Muscatine died suddenly Sunday from a heart attack at his home here.
Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the George M. Wittich Funeral Home, Muscatine. Burial will be in Muscatine.
Visitation is today at the funeral home.
Mr. Valley was born at Prairie Du Chien, Wis. He married Clarice Severns at New Boston, Ill. in 1924.
Mr. Valley is survived by his wife; a son, Robert, Cedar Rapids; brothers, Raymond and Carl, both of Prairie Du Chien; sisters, Mrs. Joseph Dohse and Mrs. Robert Palmer, both of Prairie Du Chien; Mrs. Earl O'Brien, Marquette; Mrs. Joseph Block, Milwaukee, Wis., and Mrs. Neal Hintz, Virginia.
