Services Held for Mrs. S. T. Woodling

ELLIOTT, IA — Funeral services for Mrs. S. T. [Sylvester T.] Woodling, 88, were held this afternoon at the Christian church here with the Rev. Robert Jones officiating. Burial was in Hillside cemetery. Mrs. Woodling died at Griswold Saturday, Jan. 28. The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Correll, she was born near Media, Ill., and was married in 1897 [February 10] to Mr. Woodling. They formerly lived in the Emerson community and in 1900 bought a farm east of Elliott and she had lived there since. Surviving are a son, Gale, and a granddaughter. She was a member of the Christian church here.
