Searching for Hester (Nessy/Nessie) Twamley b.l83l County Wicklow, Irland d. ? Married James Neil, Neal, Niel, at presumably
Jones Co, IA. She is listed as living in Red Oak on her parents wills dated 1864 and 1876. My grandfater Hume Twamley was her brother.
