Friday, September 11, 1908AGED MELROSE LADY DIES
Mrs. Mary McGrath Passes Away at the Home of Her Husband in That City
Tyrone, Sept. 9 - Mrs. Mary McGrath died at an early hour this morning her home in Melrose after a few weeks illness. She and her husband were among the early settlers in the west part of the county and she leaves a large circle of old friends and acquaintances who mourn with her family the passing of a good woman.
Among the immediate relatives surviving her are: Wm. McGrath, her aged husband; Edward, William, John M. and Michael, sons; and Mrs. John Hoy, Mrs. Herrick, and Mrs. P. R. Coady, daughters, all who reside near Melrose. The funeral will be held tomorrow morning from the Catholic church in that city, interment being in St. Patrick's cemetery.
