DANBURY, Iowa - Mrs. John M. Weber, 80, of Danbury, died Wednesday in a nursing home in Mapleton of long illness.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. Mary Catholic Church at Danbury. The Rev. Robert Thiele will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

The Rosary will be recited Friday by the St. Mary Rosary Society at 3:30 p.m. and at 8 p.m. by the parish in the Walter Funeral Home at Mapleton.

Mrs. Weber, the former Anna M. Kleine, was born March 22, 1899, at Mount Carmel. She moved to the Danbury community as a small girl and had been a lifelong resident.

She was married Jan. 18, 1921, at Danbury. The couple farmed in the Danbury area until 1960 when they retired and moved to town. Mr. Weber died Dec. 13, 1964.

She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and the Rosary Society.

Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. James (Irma) Sokolowski and Mrs. Ronald (Lois) Seuntjens, both of Danbury, Mrs. Thomas (Helen) Thiel of Renton, Wash., Mrs. James (Carole) Barkley of Sioux City, Miss Alice of Maquoketa and Mrs. John (Martha) Halloran of Chatfield, Minn.; four sons, Raymond of Danbury and Leo, James and Vernal, all of Mapleton; 50 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one brother, Alvin of Mapleton and two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd (Hildegard) Uhl of Mapleton and Mrs. Lonnie Ortner of Las Vegas, Nev.
