If you mean what can be done with the house, I have no good answer. Contact a realtor who has experience selling haunted houses??

If you mean what can be done about the old cemetery & bodies that are under the RR, you could contact the Iowa Preservation of Cemeteries group. I don't have a current phone no. or email address for them, but you can try to Google.

Personally, I doubt much can be done. More than likely no remains are still there to be moved to another burial ground.

I'd be interested in reading the article you refer to. If you'll transcribe it as written and either post it as a reply to your query, or email it to me I'll post it. Please include the source.
