Born: March 30, 1834, Gjøvik, Oppland, Norway
Died: October 29, 1912, Clear Lake, Cerro Gordo, Iowa
Buried in Clear Lake Cemetery

1874: Attended Augsburg Seminary.
1874 - 1877: Pastor for congregations in North LaCrosse, Wisconsin area.
1877: Assisted Pastor Østby with his many congregations including Straight River/Brorson Danish Ev. Lutheran Church near Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.
1877 - 1881: Pastor for congregations in the Houston, Minnesota area.
1881 - 1882: Pastor for congregations in Saint Ansgar, Iowa area.
1882 - 1889: Pastor for congregations in Clear Lake, Iowa area.
1889: Retired from ministry due to poor health.
